Ordering online was very quick and easy. All phone features and allowances easy to understand. I ordered two phones on the same day (one for each of my children). Both phones are with 02. One phone was credit checked and delivered as requested but I had to ring to chase up the other. It was delivered a day later. Not sure why the delay but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
