I bought a refurbished iPhone 6 plus for my wife, the ordering and delivery process was great, the phone arrived and was as described. The description of the phone did say that not all components would be included so I wasn't expecting earphones etc, but there was no sim removal tool so future buyers should take note and have a paperclip handy!
