I ordered the wrong device on a Saturday night and wanted to change it on the Sunday morning. I was dissapointed that there was no weekend service i could call up to sort the issue out.
HOWEVER, i decided to order a second phone and send the first one back.
This started off with me sending an email telling mobiles that i wanted to cancel the first one and instead got the new one by the e-mail system and this told me that i would need to wait 2 days for a response. However, Monday morning i received my items which surprised me as i expected them on Tuesday and i then got an e-mail telling me that it is no problem, it has all been processed. I would just need to send the phone i no longer wanted back to them for them to cancel it. The postage was paid by them and included in the package.
It was such a simple smooth experience with no hassle. 4/5 stars and i would highly recommend for the amazing support staff. 5 stars if there was also weekend support!
