I got a good deal, however not everyone is up to date with technology. I didn't really get any info on what I had said I was looking at getting or advice on the more up to date range in phones , felt like a quick sell . Phoning for the exchange line was a night mare at 13 p a minute as I was on the phone for nearly 30 mins then had to hang up. Paying the special delivery back worked out expensive when it wasn't really my fault it needed to be cancelled , if I had been advised better on the first sales call . Cancelling everything was easy enough once I got through .
