Not only did it take ages confirming my details to get my phone - which I had to enter more than three times. But since getting my phone on Tuesday it hasn't worked. I was sent a SIM that didn't work, that wasn't activated and then when I rang up asking why my phone didn't work I was told it was vodafones problem and that they had established connection. I was told someone from your team would make sure they were in touch everyday - no one was. I had to ring up again on Thursday because still my phone wasn't working which I was told they would manually activate the sim because it still wasn't activated - meaning the person I spoke to on Tuesday lied to me. Charlie, the guy I spoke with on Thursday, said he would be in touch if there was a problem but never was so I rang up again on the Friday after going to a Vodafone shop and being informed it wasn't Vodafone having the problem it was you. I was sent a new SIM card to my work and to my house which is very confusing knowing which one to use to activate my phone!!!! It is now Saturday my phone still doesn't work. The customer service is abysmal, the simplist of tasks (having an activated SIM card!!!!!!!! For a new phone) wasn't done properly, overall so incompetent at doing your job - if you sell mobile phone contracts for a living you'd think you would know how to do it properly. So poor would never recommend would rather pay more money every month then have to deal with this situation. Absolute crap!!!!
