I was very impressed with how quickly everything went through & I had my new phone in a couple of days. However there was a bit of confusion with where it was being delivered to. They said to me one car phone wearhouse when in fact it was at a Samsung store down the road (even though it was an iphone). But it was only a 5 min walk. So no big issue
