No hard sell on the phone - I upgraded from an S3 to and S4 even though the S3 was still working fine it had gone a bit slow. (I blame Google Music app as that was always open when the phone played up) The new phone arrived next day as promised. Only issue was I had to call to get the new SIM in the new phone to start working. Easy enough, but I had told this would happen automatically after 24 hours. As Len Goodman would say "SEVEN!"
