1 - The website apparently does not accept VISA Debit Cards?
2 - When you call their premium number to order, they keep you on hold for 2 hours to milk money out of you.
3 - They then sent me a broken phone.
4 - They then tried to shift blame to the network, and flat out lied as the network was able to prove that they were talking rubbish.
5 - They then expected me to take a day off work and wait in all day so their courier can collect the phone, but refused to send me a working to sort it out.
I am now contacting trading standards. I honestly don't know how this company is in business
