It was difficult buying a product online as the system didn't recognise my email address as a valid email. I had to buy the product over the phone. This caused a delay which left me with 3 days without my usual mobile number - i.e. uncontactable.
Furthermore when I've registered for an account on mobile.co.uk it keeps taking me to a login page to verify my account. I keep going round in circles.
It's appalling and I'd like someone to contact me about this.
