I only gave you a normal review because I had a mixed experience ....
1. The order process online was very smooth and quick to complete .... But on the downside you debited my card the wrong amount ..... £50 too much ..... What With 2 days to pay day ..... Not the best thing to happen :((
2. On the positive side the chap I spoke too was very helpful and organised a refund . The phone and tariff both excellent ..... So as I said at the start a very mixed experience !
