It was a good service overall but there was a huge clumsy mistake in the beginning of the phone call. Instead of asking me which phone/contract I would like to upgrade to first, they tried to sign me up to an entirely new contract. A new contract which would cost me significantly more than upgrade. After I corrected them however it was all positives from there and onwards
