Hard sell online retailer. They called a few times to ask me to upgrade which was quite useful anyway. The salesperson was quite helpful and patient overall, however after I've selected a phone he wanted me to buy phone insurance and forced me to listen to about 5 minutes of sales materials (that he insisted that I have to listen, which I didn't). The phone arrived the next day so they seem very quick. They offer 14-day product return however I seem to have to pay for the postage myself!
