Overall a good service - easy to navigate the website, good customer service when I called them to discuss the problem with the delivery address and not being able to log into my account, very fast delivery with updates for time of delivery. Two problems - 1. Trying to log into 'My Account' on the website did not work 2. Voucher codes would not register at the checkout stage - 3 different valid codes were tried, I contacted Mobiles.co.uk on Facebook to which they replied but it was too late and I had already bought my handset, this was a little frustrating. If it had not been for these problems, I wouldn't have hesitated giving 5 stars.
