Having read some appalling reviews of this site, I was a little nervous. However, the deal was great so I went ahead, as I knew there would be a 14 day cooling off period as part of the distance selling regulations if all else failed. My contract was approved no problem and the phone arrived next day, in a 1 hour slot as promised by DPS. I was very happy, but I did do some research beforehand to make sure I was OK to switch handsets (I was well out of my contract period) and what to do to retain my number. I wouldn't recommend if you're not sure what you're doing, but if you're reasonably confident with understanding mobiles and your contract and want to save some money then I'd certainly go for it.
