After ordering online and being confirmed a "special deal" popped up being stupid and not wearing my glasses I clicked on it for a saving £16 only when it went through to pay out point with bank details I realised it was a £15 a month charge. I pulled out of offer at this point and didn't confirm everything but it was showing on my mobiles account after ringing and Facebook I wasn't getting anywhere staff didn't have a clue what I was talking about and didn't want anything to do with it. Finally being put through to a lady for the 4tb / 5th time I spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about and I was starting to lose my cool at this point and nearly to the point of cancelling and going else where. After speaking to the lady for 5 minutes she did explain everything and reassured me everything was good. After that phone turned up on time and everything is looking ok on account.
