I was impressed overall until I got my mobile bill. When I ordered my phone I got a message asking me to call and clarify a couple of points which I did. It took 3 calls but eventually got to speak to someone and sort out my order. What I didn't know (and no-one bothered to tell me) was that the calls to customer service cost me £26..what a con !
