Well I ordered my phone a week ago and still don't have it. I was initially given the option to have my parcel delivered to a neighbour which I selected and had confirmed via text as I was not going to be in. Instead of delivering it to my neighbour, the delivery guy just put a slip through my door and I got a text telling me it wasn't delivered as I wasn't in- which of course I knew as I wasn't at home. Then they took to to some far away depot which I couldn't get to to pick it up. My only option was to get it delivered to the neighbour again- which I didn't think was worth trying as it never worked the first time, despite being confirmed. So I ended up paying £5 for a Saturday delivery, I have a timeslot of 8am-5pm so I now have to spend my whole Saturday sat waiting for my phone and I can't even have a shower in case I miss him! Update at 4pm- I've now been told they won't deliver at all today so I am paying for a mobile contract I don't have. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow I will cancel my whole order for the phone. You need to use a better delivery company.
