A number was requested to be transfered across onto the new contract. I have had no response or guidance on this. Sought some guidance from Vodafone who told me to populate a form online. I did this but still the number hasn't crossed over. Currently waiting to speak to vodafone and it has been 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusting service.
