The sales process was very streamlined, my purchase arrived exactly as detailed, including regular and accurate communication during the delivery process. Very impressed. I had cause to contact customer support to try to resolve a very specific issue I had, nothing to do with the phone itself, a query about the contract. I feel the online support service needs serious attention, there is a lot of inconsistency and inconvenience in operating their online helpdesk service. However, when I phone and got through to a customer support representative, the service was nothing short of outstanding, quick, considerate and helpful. Summary, online helpdesk needs work, everything else excellent, would definitely use them again.
