I cannot review performance because I have not received the 'phone yet. This has not stopped Mobiles sending me four requests to complete a review, or the sending of other 'no reply' emails, which is equally as annoying.
I spoke to the customer services team though, and they were very helpful.
Just be prepared for emails you cannot reply to.
