The website was good, easy to navigate and provided enough information to guide me to the phone I wanted. However it appeared the phone I wanted was out of stock so I ceased my purchase. I called the number provided, and initially gave up as it informed me that I would wait 10 minutes and as there is a charge to call, I hung up. I tried first thing the next day, an excellent young lady answered straight away, no wait. She found there was a phone in stock, read all the legal stuff and I placed my order. All very simple and would use them again. Got an email to tell me when it would arrive, and it did.... excellent.... service really spot on....
