I ordered a new phone as an upgrade and I received a new number , I queried this to be told I had to have the new number , even though I had clearly entered the number on the form that I want to keep. I called on the rather expensive customer service number they use and explained I did not want to proceed. I was told I could not have a refund of what I paid for the phone until it was returned, how can I return something I never had. They checked and confirmed it had not been delivered but when it was I should call to arrange a collection. How ludicrous don't send it and then I don't need to return it . A couple of days past and I chased again for the refund and the story changes to it has been delivered , they do admit it has not gone to the address on my original order but again they can't issue a refund il until I return it , how can I , I haven't received it. This is now becoming an ongoing saga and they just don't seem to have a clue as to what they are doing
