Was told it would be delivered on Monday 30 Nov. got a txt to say delivery on Saturday 28 Nov. It was not delivered to home address but office where on 1Dec. I am not always there.
It was delivered yesterday and tried to set it up with my PAC code from previous provider but was told by customer services to go to local shop as they can not do it .
No information came with the phone or the new number so very dispointed as I now have to find the local shop and then get it working.
