Uncertainty about the order placed until I was informed that the phone was being dispatched. Sent through DPD who provide an excellent service.
The phone arrived but was not the upgrade I had expected having spent 3 hours on the phone to Vodafone then a call to mobiles.co.uk I had to phone as the online log in would not accept my details, the calls cost 13p per minute and I had to wait several minutes to speak to someone.
Certainly not customer focussed, very unhelpful and offered no solution to my problem until I said I was cancelling the order this was met by a "if I throw in free accessories will you keep the handset" but due to her attitude I rejected the offer. Phone returned at my expense (£8.55), loyalty counts for nothing in this buisness, I've just taken out two additional contracts with carphone warehouse but once these expire it'll be goodbye from me nor will I bless Vodafone with my custom either. My advice is stay clear, customer service is Extreamly poor on all levels.
