Ordered a mobile phone for my sons birthday on Tuesday and paid extra for next day delivery however the phone was never delivered. I called customer support and was informed it would be delivered the next day Thursday, to my work address however it was not delivered. Called customer support again was told it would be delivered Friday, guess what it never arrived. Customer support no more than useless no help whatsoever ever just excuses. Purchased the phone from another company as to not disappoint my son on his birthday. Would never recommend that you use this company. Rubbish.
