I order a contract, the phone arrived swiftly however was locked to Vodaphone and my contract is O2. I then called up to get a replacement, the lady seemed very helpful and organised a pick up. But she hung up before getting the address to pick up from or providing me with the address to send to meaning I needed to call up again. I have now been paying for a more expensive contract without a new phone and wasted a whole evening on the phone to O2 as I believed it was the networks fault the new phone wasn't working.
