The delivery time and buying process is simple and had a great experience but the PHONE was delivered in plain white box !! which is not what you would expect when a phone is delivered. I ordered a refurbished phone but the box it was delivered in and how it was kept in the box was quite shameful. The phone was stick with a while wide cello tape, come on this is not what we expect. Atleast get a decent white box which has space to place a phone and would look nice. It was a gift for my wife but I was very shocked when I opened the box and didn't gift her and until bought a box for iPhone. Ridiculous
