My mother who is 83 was persuaded to purchase a new phone and contract when she said she didn't want it. She was given a contract with Internet and she said she didn't want it and didn't know what Internet was and she also said that her daughter will sort out a new phone and the caller still persuaded her to take the phone and contract.
Needless to say we refused the parcel. Very bad service.
