Great experience, haven't bought a phone online before so was unsure beforehand. In reality it was payed and delivered quicker than if I'd walked into a high street store, ordered at 6pm and was in my hands by 3pm the next day! My only quarrel is the lack of information on the contract provided with the phone which I have since found from my provider (EE).
An excellent choice if you can get your head around the details.
