Ordered the phone on 8/12 - delivered 9/12. Condition of the phone looks good. Had to register for iD account - the site not working properly. Called 7777 and was told there was a problem with the site. However, arranged to port my old number on the phone and it was sorted. Number was ported on 11/12. Still haven't been able to register on site. Having difficulty transferring my phone contacts from the old Android to the iphone, but I beleive everyone has this problem. Intending to call upon Carphone warehouse tomorrow, and hope they will be able to sort this out for me. Overall, I'm happy with the service I have recd. so far. 8 out of 10. Have already recommended to other members of the family Yashvin
