Haven't received my phone yet despite an email advising it would come yesterday. Guessing caught up in Xmas parcel chaos but would have welcomed an email update to advise of later delivery as a lack of phone is affecting clients being able to contact me. However, liked the regular emails re purchase confirmation and tracking email easy to use....just needed to be kept better informed. Can't yet comment on the phone as I'm still looking out for the delivery van!
