I ordered an upgrade through mobiles.co.uk. I received no phone call to clarify any details, and I processed the upgrade to keep my old number. When I received the "upgrade" it had a new sim with a new number. I called mobiles.co.UK to question this and was told this was too long winded to change and I should call EE to sort it. I contacted EE and they told me this was ridiculous and they helped me out and sent me a new phone with the correct sim and my old number. I had to contact mobiles.co.uk again a further four times to get a returns address and to clarify what was needed. I was told I had to pay to send the phone back which is awful. The phone has been received by Mobiles co uk and I hope I will not be charged.
