ordered 1 phone through the web and received order confirmation showing 3 phones. The next day received order completion confirmation for 2 phones. Rung them up and explained. Ensured me that only 1 phone will arrive as they will cancel the other order. In the afternoon 2 phones arrive through the post. No return details in the parcels. The chap on the customer service was very helpful though.....
Overall, a mess !!!!!
