I upgraded my iPhone, the service was excellent but I also upgraded my wives iPhone it arrived in a plain box only the phone and charger, no EarPods or sim release pin, spoke to customer services and they were totally unhelpful, returned phone, plus now thinking of returning mine as well if they are this unhelpful, also we collected the phones from car phone warehouse and the lady there said I have never seen a phone sent like this!
