I was after a specific Samsung phone, which showed up online with 'Out of Stock'. This seemed a bit unusual as Samsungs are widely available.
So I phoned the company and after the normal round of pressing buttons got through to a very helpful UK based guy, who was able to confirm that the phone was indeed available. I ordered it there and then. I received confirmation texts telling me when the phone was being delivered and it arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
