I was concerned after reading reviews that it would be risky to purchase from this site, as there was so much negative feedback. My order went through but was followed up later in the day with an email saying some information I submitted was incorrect and advising me to call a support number. I feared the worst but after a brief conversation, my details were verified and all was well. It seems I must have not checked the information I input carefully enough. The phone arrived the next day and overall I am happy with the service and the price. Let's hope my wife is excited about her Christmas present, and that the phone's not faulty of course!
