Excellent value for money, phone arrived with no issues and my contract with O2 was configured automatically. I did, however, specify a delivery date for a week in advance but received next working day instead. This didn't cause any issues but since the phone's a Christmas gift, ideally we wanted the contract to start as late as possible so we weren't paying for wasted usage. Otherwise, no issues! Would definitely recommend.
