Possibly the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. The customer service is non-existent, the ordering process and customer portal seems like it has been thrown together by a child who can't comprehend the concept of usability. Considering the backing of the site being as huge as it is, I was appalled by the experience and total inability to reach through to someone who isn't an auto-reply function. Terrible at best.
