It is now 3pm and I have had no contact from DPD, who said they would email me this morning with a delivery slot. I expected an email at 8 am so I could plan my day.
I contacted DPD and mobiles.co.uk via email and as yet I have received no response from either.
I phoned DPD call center twice and I was still not told when the parcel will be delivered. They said that it is in the depot and will be delivered today.
I have wasted a day waiting for the iphone.
The Customer Service is very poor.
