I similarly to most people read over the reviews before ordering my phone and was hesitant to say the least.
Within the first few hours of placing my order I was bombarded with emails and texts informing me that in order to process my order I must provide some information as there was an issue with my order. I called up (as requested) and was asked to resubmit my bank details (which initially raised alarm bells) and was told this was because my card had been declined the on the first attempt ( an attempt to credit 1p I may also add!!) . This was sorted out by a member of customer services and was told that everything had now been sorted and should be recieving my new phone the following day as initially planned.
The following day I received my new phone. Despite the initial complications I am very happy with my new contract phone and my price plan which beats my previous and numerous other price plans on the market!
