The lady that contacted me to let me know that I was due an upgrade and would I be interested. After listening to what was on offer I agreed to the upgrade and the lady was very polite. I received my phone the next day like she told me and yeah I am very happy with it I'm still working my way around it and setting it to how I want it to be.
