inital query on a vodafone contract - Customer Svcs cntact wasnt very proactive in advising why the contract was refused & not THAT helpful, however when orderinga second phone on O2, order went straight through, phone arrived 28 hours later - very clean & cut - would use Mobiles.co.uk again.
