I wish to make a complaint. My new phone was delivered as scheduled, for which many thanks. However, when I attempted to swap the O2 SIM card provided, by following the online process, it failed to complete properly. O2 then stated that they had no record of this SIM reference and could not process it. They are now having to issue me with a new one, which will take up to 3 days. What is the point of your sending me a card that I cannot use? D Schatz
