In terms of finding a suitable contract and ordering the phone it was very easy and worked seamlessly. The handset arrived the next day as promised with a nice advisory text. My only feedback would be that after that you are left to your own devices. I wanted to port over my existing number and struggled a bit. An after sales helpline would be useful.
