The website was easy to negotiate and the order was quickly processed. I was informed when my new phone would arrive and it was punctually delivered. The packaging was great and I was pleased with the phone. The only thing is that the SIM card provided was not validated and I had to wait for a new one from Vodafone to get fully set up
