The website was clear and offered real bargains - I opted for an iphone6 to replace a well used iphone4. The ordering process was straightforward. Mobiles.co asked me to 'phone because a problem with my previous address - this was dealt with efficiently by Ben and Simon, although the 13p per minute call was a bit expensive, especially when on hold. The 'phone came promptly the next day - it is a refurb, but seems new in every sense. The box was bashed, but the contents unharmed. All in all I am very pleased with the deal and the service!
