I was a little disappointed that advised that I have 14 days to look through the new phone without inserting a SIM card - only to receive the phone and can't do anything without inserting one!!!
Also advised that delivery would be after a certain time and that also was misleading arriving 3hours before the suggested time!!
I haven't done anything with the phone yet as no information in box as to converting contacts etc from old to new! Currently very disappointed with service and misleading information provided.
