The deal I signed up to was for 600 minutes but I have been allocated only 300. I tried unsuccessfully to resolve this by phoning customer services. Each time I was either transferred somewhere else without explanation or cut off. No-one in customer services will deal with this issue - no-one will accept responsibility, apologise or remedy the error. Instead they advised me to visit a Carphone Warehouse store and have now transferred the issue to the 'Technical' Department. Two weeks after entering the contract no-one has got back to me and honoured the agreement I signed up to. You treat your customers with CONTEMPT AND TAKE THEIR MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES.
