I received a call reminding me that my contract was ending. The man whom I spoke to was helpful and polite enough at the time. The phone I received was faulty in as much it would not register how charged the battery was unless you turned it off and on again. It also went to blue screen on a couple of occasions (it was a refurbished phone). Some information that I had been given concerning moving all my info. from my old phone turned out to be erroneous. I returned the phone by Special Delivery as instructed. It cost me over £7. I have not been reimbursed, although my return was processed quickly.
