The phone arrived very promptly after I placed the order online, it went downhill from there. Apparently the 'wrong' SIM was enclosed with the phone and it does not work. I've paid for a contract but here I am nearly a week later with a new phone that I cant use! I've spoken to three people all of whom said they could fix it and they haven't. I've had two online 'chats' one lasting an hour and still they haven't solved it. What's the point in selling a phone if you don't firstly sell it with the correct kind of SIM and back it up with good customer service? I resent paying for a contract for a phone that doesn't work!
